Wishing all of you a Happy Thanksgiving on this most American of holidays. A welcome reminder that there are always blessings, even in difficult times. As I bake gluten-sugar free bread pudding for my very sick sister this morning, I am strenthened by her resilience and ability to focus on what she is still able to enjoy in life. I think our forefathers and mothers would approve.
