Gov. Moonbeam’s new budget plan for California...hmm, how do I put this delicately...sucks.
No pension reform
No entitlement reform or fraud enforcement.
No cuts to redundant agencies.
New Dept. of State Hospitals = more state employees and hospital costs
No plan to fund spiraling cost of high speed rail or AB-32
Higher taxes via $7B Nov. initiative.
And plenty of cuts to schools, universities, & health services.
