Considering Ricky Boy's somewhat improved, but lingering, Google problem, the last thing you'd think he'd be doing is drawing attention to sex in any way shape or form (ahem). However, he remains stupifyingly detached from pop culture...or the economy, for that matter...and has declared a War on Porn.
It's a mute point anyway...who's going to be able to afford an internet connection for 'illegal porn'once gas hits $9/gallon?
